We assemble moulded parts, fan, motor, pump and wiring through defined stations. Assembly discipline directly supports product performance and warranty reliability.
We control material preparation, machine settings, first-piece approval and traceability for moulded cooler components. Stable moulding helps us reduce variation
We record approved parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cooling time and cycle time. Changes are controlled through review and approval.
Repairs, maintenance, and service of moulds help in minimizing downtime, ensure consistent quality, and support uninterrupted production.
We follow preventive maintenance for hydraulics, heaters, electrical panels, cooling lines and safety interlocks. This reduces breakdowns and process variation.
We use our machine base to balance capacity, flexibility and scheduling. High-volume and critical parts are planned with practical priority.
We inspect finished coolers before packing and dispatch. Visual finish, fitment, electrical performance, functions and labeling are checked against our final checklist.
We dry moisture-sensitive materials at approved temperature and time before moulding. Drying helps protect part strength and surface finish.
We control regrind use by approved percentage and part category. Critical and appearance parts receive stricter control to protect finish and strength.
We plan production through: • Monthly and daily capacity tracking • Peak capacity and utilization review • Bottleneck monitoring across molding, assembly, testing and packing • Lead-time control from order receipt to dispatch
